Base Wine Tasting Trip

This trip is much like Winemakers Trip, except that you do not get to blend your own champagne. Instead you will be attending a workshop with Telmont’s winemaker.
Typical programme for Base Wine Tasting Trip
DAY 1
• Private guided tour at Taittinger in the center of Reims. Enjoy the unique and historic atmosphere in the Unesco classified cellars, with millions of bottles.
• Superb dinner at Anna’s – one of Reims best brasseries.
DAY 2
Enjoy a commented tour through the Champagne Scenic Road and discover the villages that compose the landscapes of Champagne.
Workshop that will teach you to differentiate the wines before and after they are finished as champagne. We will be accompanied by Telmont’s owner and winemaker Bertrand Telmont.
A visit in Hautvillers, the city of Dom Perignon.
Champagne lunch at restaurant La Table du Bois Joli i the city St Imoges. 3 meal course including champagne fra J. Telmont.
Vintage & Blanc de Blanc Champagne tasting in Epernay .
A walk down Avenue de Champagne in Epernay where the exclusive houses of champagne can be found; Moet & Chandon, Laurent Perrier, Pol Roger, etc.
Möet & Chandon – private guided tour. Hear their amazing story. Today they are the largest producer with an output of 57 million bottles – of which 30 millions are Brut Imperial.
Dinner at La Cantine du Coq.
